Instrument
shelving
WSI
instrument shelving can be mounted to any workbench/work surface.
Riser panels are constructed of heavy duty formed steel. The standard
shelf is 15" deep and is constructed of heavy duty formed
steel. The standard shelf is 15" deep and is constructed
of the same material as the work surface, 1.25" thick when
finished.
Instrument
shelves (right) come standard with two riser boxes 12" x
18"h inside dimension, a load beam for with load bearing
capacity and a 15" deep laminated shelf. The steel instrument
riser boxes measure 12" x 19.25"h overall, including
the shelf.

Shelves
Shelves attach
to any Concept 2000 upright or any WSI slotted upright. Shelves
are 12" deep and run the length of the workbench. All shelving
come standard with mounting brackets and a load beam for load
bearing come standard with mountain brackets and a load beam for
load bearing capacity. Shelves will support 200 lbs., evenly distributed.
Heavy duty shelves are available upon request. Tilting brackets,
custom size shelving ESD protection and Clean-Room under sealing
are all optional.
Steel
Shelf (top right) is constructed of heavy duty formed
steel and come standard with a welded load beam, front lip and
mounting brackets. Custom size shelf, ESD protection and titling
brackets are optional.
Wire
shelf (center) is constructed of heavy gauge steel rods
and a wire front lip. All shelves are powder painted with a white
finish.
Laminate
shelf (bottom right) is constructed of the same material
as the work surface, 1.25" thick when finished. A load beam
is used for load bearing capacity. Custom size shelf, ESD laminate,
Clean-Room under sealing, titling brackets and a front lip are
all optional.
Footrest
All footrest tubes
are constructed of 1" dia. heavy duty steel tubing and come
with a sink plated finish.

Tilting
footrest pan is 42" W x 10" D and comes with
a friction scratch pad in the center for safety.
Production
Bench footrest tube (bottom right) adjusts in/out only.
Isolation
Screen / Tool Trolley / Parts
Cup Rail
Isolation
screens can be mounted to any WSI workbench. The ISO
screen is 24" high and runs the length of the workbench.
Screens are available in a single or double sided application
with tackable fabric or formed steel construction.
Fabric
covered screens are covered with standard fabric or ESD
fabric. ESD or standard fabric colors include Blue, Charcoal Gray,
Gray, Burgundy or Black.
Powder
paint colors include Blue, White, Gray or Black.
Tool
Trolleys mount to the end of any WSI light bracket or
slotted upright. One tool hanger comes standard with each tool
trolley, additional tool hangers are optional.
Parts
cup Rails are constructed of heavy duty extruded aluminum
angle. All mountain brackets extend out 5". 8" brackets
are optional. For ergonomic value, titling brackets are available
as an option.
Slide
Rail system
Slide Rail station
(right) can be set on any bench top or work surface. This slide
rail station comes with two adjustable slide rails and a parts
cup rail. A third rail is optional. Available sizes are, 36",
48", 60" and 72".
Workbench
Mounted Rail System, (lower right) mounts to any WSI
upright. The slide rail system comes with two adjustable slide
rails and two adjustable mounting brackets that mount directly
to any WSI uprights. A third rail, drop cloth, parts cups holder
and other accessories are all optional.
Overhead
Lights
WSI offers
several different lights and light accessories to choose from.
Economy light, (right) is a 48", dual light
tube, lens wrapped light that mounts to a steel mounting bar.
The mounting bar can adjust in/out on the light brackets. This
light does not swivel does not swivel and does not come with an
on/off switch.
Overhead
Light, (lower right) housing is constructed of formed
steel and runs the length of the workbench. The light fixture
can mount to any WSI upright.
You can tilt the OHL
to direct the light to shine on any portion of the workbench.
48", 60" and 72" OHL comes with a dual 48"
light fixture. 84" and 96" lights come with a dual 72"
light fixture.
The OHL comes standard
with an 8 ft power cord, on/off switch and prismatic lens defuser.
