Flow
Rack Shelf System
The
roller track channel is strong and able to support over 40 lbs
per linear foot. The beauty of the inverted channel is that you
never have to remove the roller track for cleaning which means
the rollers won't jam up because there is no accumulation of dust
and/or debris.
Optional
guide rails are used to facilitate orderly distribution of parts,
etc. All roller tracks and rails are adjustable on one inch increments.
A 1" front lip is used to prevent the product from falling
off the shelf. Shelves come in three different depths, 36",
48" and 60" deep. Six roller tracks and two rails come
standard with every shelf.

Starter Flow System
Constructed
of heavy gauge steel, uni-strut channel, and wielded steel rear
panels used for structural integrity, all shelves have an infinite
vertical adjustment and tilting range. This unit is shown with
a 36" deep roller track shelf system and a 36" deep
work surface.
Add
as many shelves needed for your specific application. Additional
shelves can be added at a later date.
The
PB starter stand alone flow system is equipped with; two 72"
up-rights, one roller track shelf frame, six roller tracks, two
guide rails, and one rear panel.

Starter/Adder Flow System
All
PB flow rack stations are sold as either a "stand alone"
unit (shown above) or as a "starter/adder" configuration
(right). If your requirement calls for an in-line row of flow
rack workbenches, you must specify a starter/adder configuration
when ordering flow rack stations. Adder station cannot be added
to existstin starter stations when purchased as a stand alone
station only. Add as many shelves as desired for your specific
application. Additional shelves may be added at a later date.
If and when the flow rack project is complete, and/or becomes
obsolete, you may add a work surface, light, and /or other work-bench
accessory to create a workbench.

C2
Flow Rack System
The
C2 Flow Rack system is constructed of heavy wall aluminum extrusion.
Unlike the PB series, the C2 system can be a stand alone system
or a starter/adder system. Adders may be added on at any time
to configure a row of in-line flow rack stations. Both uprights
come with contrasting laminate trim panels. When ordering a row
of flow rack stations for an in-line configuration, you need to
order one starter unit, then as many adder units required to form
your line of flow rack work benches.
A
work surface may be added to any station or to all the stations.
Roller
Tracks can be installed on the work surface to create
a progressive flow i.e. light duty conveyor.
